We will select seasonal blooms for you to enjoy, sourcing high quality flowers that are grown in Britain wherever possible, supplemented with Dutch flowers.

Payment will be taken automatically each month which you can cancel at anytime. Free local deliveries (within 16km of Letchworth) will be made on the first or third Friday of each month.

Each bouquet is wrapped in paper. In a bid to reduce plastic waste, we do not aqua pack our bouquets as standard.

We try wherever possible to use British Grown flowers, supplemented with Dutch flowers.

We will carefully select the best quality flowers for you on the day which may differ from the images shown. Flowers and colours will be florists choice. If you have any allergies or require pet friendly flowers, please let us know under special requests.
For monthly subscriptions we offer FREE local delivery within 16km of our studio in Letchworth Garden City.

Deliveries will be made on the second or forth Friday of each month (whichever is sooner following payment).

If you require a specific delivery date for the first delivery, e.g. for a birthday or special occasion, please request this in the 'Any special requests' field on this product page. We will do our very best to accommodate your chosen date. If your chosen date is not possible, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to offer an alternative date or a full refund.

If on rare occasions we need to change a delivery date for operational reasons, we will advise you by email to arrange an alternative delivery date or a refund for that month.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, if your product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the product within 48 hours.

If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.

Please ensure your product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
