The photos are an indication of the style and types of flowers we may use, depending on the season.  If you have a specific request for a colour scheme or flower type please let us know in the special requests text field when you order and we will try to accommodate.
 
Deliveries are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  If you require delivery outside of these days please call or email as we may be able to accommodate.

Each bouquet is wrapped in paper and presented in a gift bag or presentation box.

We will carefully select the best quality flowers for you on the day which may differ from the images shown.
We offer FREE local delivery within 16km of our studio in Letchworth Garden City, when you spend over £40. Local deliveries below this order value are charged at £3.99. Deliveries are made Wednesdays to Fridays. As we are a small studio we are unable to offer same day delivery.

If you require a specific delivery date, e.g. for a birthday or special occasion, please request this in the ‘Delivery Date’ field on this product page. We will do our very best to accommodate your chosen date. If your chosen date is not possible, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Please note we do not deliver on Public Holidays.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, if your product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the product within 48 hours.

If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.

Please ensure your product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
