1. TERMS - RETAIL PRODUCTS ONLY.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are the terms and conditions on which Seasons Flower Studio (“we”, “us” or “Seasons Flower Studio”) provides Products to you (including flowers). Your purchase of products from us through this website or via any other method (e.g. telephone or email) is subject to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Products from our website or via any other method. By placing an order for any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 If you place an order through our website, you will be asked to tick a box on the final page of the checkout section to confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions before you can proceed with your order.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US

3. PRODUCTS
3.1 All Products (including flowers) are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
3.2 In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
3.3 Please call us prior to ordering if you have an allergy. We cannot guarantee that any of the flowers supplied by us are free of allergens. Some flowers may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact us using the contact details set out in Section 2 above.
3.4 In order to get the best out of your Product (including flowers), please follow any maintenance guidelines or instructions that we may give to you.
4. ORDER
4.1 When you place an order for our Products via the website (or any other method), we will send you an email thanking you for your order and confirming your order and payment has been received and accepted by us (the “Confirmation Email”). The contract for the supply of any Products will be between you and us and will only be formed when you have been sent the Confirmation Email.
4.2 Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address and telephone number as this is how we will communicate with you about your order. Upon receipt of the Confirmation Email, please check the Order details for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors.
5. PRICING
5.1 Prices will vary between menus and options on our website. Prices are also liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Email.
5.2 Payment for our products can be made by credit or debit card through our website or over the telephone. Once your order has been confirmed, your credit or debit card will have been authorised and the amount marked for payment.
6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
6.1 Due to the perishable nature of our Products, if your Product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the Product within 48 hours.
6.2 If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the Product.
6.3 Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.
6.4 Please ensure your Product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
7. DELIVERIES
7.1 Our delivery service for retail products is within 16km of our studio based in SG6 1AG.
7.2 On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays but in this case we will deliver the Product you request on the next working day.
7.3 Anomalies in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
7.4 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date, you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.
7.5 In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
7.6 Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).
7.7 Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour, leave in the designated safe place as indicated by you on your order, or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
7.8 In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.
7.9 When placing your order you are able to specify further delivery information using the 'Delivery Notes' field provided. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which is not included within your address information, for example to specify floor number, or hospital ward. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on the order form to fulfil your order.
8. CANCELLATION
8.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
8.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details set out in Section 2 above.
8.3 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
9. CUSTOMER SERVICES

9.2 Because of the perishable nature of Products and to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 24 hours of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
10. GENERAL
10.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the website from time to time. We will post any changes on the website and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you decide to place an order. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
10.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website for any reason at any time.
10.3 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
