Deliveries are made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you require delivery outside of these days (e.g. for a birthday) please call or email as we are often able to accommodate.

Delivery

We offer local delivery to Letchworth Garden City, Baldock, Hitchin and surrounding villages for £2.99. Deliveries are made Wednesdays to Fridays. As we are a small studio we are unable to offer same day delivery.

Please note we do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, if your product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the product within 48 hours.

If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.

Please ensure your product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
