Delivery
We offer local delivery to Letchworth Garden City, Baldock, Hitchin and surrounding villages for £2.99. Christmas deliveries are made Monday to Friday up to and including 23rd December. As we are a small studio we are unable to offer same day delivery.
Please note we do not deliver on Public Holidays.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, if your product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the product within 48 hours.
If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.
Please ensure your product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
Candle Safety
Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not let your candle burn all the way down to the foliage or flowers. If the candle top is getting close to the foliage, you can simply remove the unlit candle from its holder and replace for a new candle.
Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc.
