Free collection will be available from our home studio in Norton, Letchworth Garden City on Saturday 14th March between 12 noon and 5pm.

Local delivery is available on Mother’s Day for a small delivery fee.

The photos are an indication of the style and types of flowers we may use, depending on the season. If you have a specific request for a particular colour or flower type please let us know in the special requests text field when you order and we will try to accommodate.

Delivery

We offer local delivery to Letchworth Garden City, Baldock, Hitchin and surrounding villages for £2.99. As we are a small studio we are usually unable to offer same day delivery - please call us to check.

Please note we do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, if your product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the product within 48 hours.

If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.

Please ensure your product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
