A beautiful Valentine's Day hand-tied bouquet of reds, pinks and blush colours. Various sizes available (size shown is Luxury). Flowers will be wrapped in tissue and Kraft wrap, aqua packed, and presented in a gift bag.

The photos are an indication of the style and types of flowers we may use, depending on the season. If you have a specific request for a colour scheme or flower type please let us know in the special requests text field when you order.

Delivery

We offer local delivery to Letchworth Garden City, Baldock, Hitchin and surrounding villages for £2.99. Collections are available free of charge from our studio in Norton, Letchworth Garden City by prior arrangement (please select this option on Checkout). As we are a small studio and we make to order, we are unable to offer same day delivery.

Please note we do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, if your product isn’t in the condition you would expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer to replace the product within 48 hours.

If replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund, provided we have been notified by you of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final.

Please ensure your product is looked after according to the care advice card supplied with it.
